A long expression that specifies the position of the horizontal scroll bar.
The HorisontalOffset property specifies the horizontal scroll position. The
HorizontalHeight
property returns the horizontal scroll bar's height. The
HorisontalOversize
property specifies the maximum value for the horizontal scroll's position. Use the
Scrollbars
property to specify whether the control should add horizontal or vertical scroll bars when they required.
